  1. Overview

    At DeskDyne, we prioritize customer satisfaction and operational transparency. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for refund eligibility, timelines, and return-related clarifications.

  2. General Terms

    • All orders placed through DeskDyne are considered final once confirmed unless specified otherwise in this policy.
    • Returns are not applicable to food or perishable items.
    • In the case of undelivered or incorrectly fulfilled orders, refund requests may be initiated.
    • Refund eligibility is reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis following internal audit and verification.
  3. Eligibility for Refund

    1. Order could not be delivered due to vendor or platform error.
    2. Product delivered was incorrect or substantially different from the order placed.
    3. Technical or operational failure at the platform or payment gateway level.
    4. Subscription plan cancellations meeting approved criteria (see below).
  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Orders canceled by users after confirmation.
    • Meals already consumed or partially used.
    • Bulk or corporate-sponsored event orders unless otherwise stated in writing.
    • Wallet recharges, unless double-debited and verified by payment gateway.
  5. Subscription Cancellations

    • Users may request subscription cancellations through the DeskDyne platform or via corporate administrator.
    • Refunds for unused meals will be considered in the following cases:
      • User relocation to a non-serviceable area
      • Corporate disengagement or closure of cafeteria services
    • Approved refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis as per agreement.
  6. Refund Timeline & Process

    • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
    • Refunds may be credited to:
      • Original payment method
      • User’s DeskDyne Wallet
      • Corporate account (in case of employer-sponsored payments)
    • Delays due to payment gateway issues are beyond our control but will be communicated.
  7. Deductions & Fees

    • Processing, platform usage, or third-party transaction fees may be deducted from approved refunds.
    • Full refund may not be issued in case of partial usage or repeated cancellation requests.
  8. Fraudulent Claims

    • Refunds will be withheld if abuse, policy violation, or fraud is suspected.
    • Users submitting multiple false claims may be blacklisted or suspended from the platform.
