You agree to use the services for lawful purposes only.
You are responsible for securing your login credentials.

DeskDyne may suspend access if misuse or corporate termination occurs.
You are liable for any damage to provided devices or hardware.
Wallet top-ups are governed by payment gateway providers’ terms.
Service quality is the vendor’s responsibility; DeskDyne only provides the tech layer.

Account Security

Do not share or resell your access.
Report unauthorized access immediately to DeskDyne.
Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks on the platform are owned by Climbing Seeds Pvt Ltd.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute DeskDyne content without permission.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Orders are confirmed once submitted and are generally non-cancellable.
Exceptions may apply for vendor or system failures.
Pricing depends on vendor, corporate client, or location.
Price updates are possible; you’ll be notified if relevant.
Payments via wallets or online gateways follow gateway provider terms.
Full payment is required upon order unless corporate billing applies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Terms

Orders are final unless exceptions apply under the outlined conditions.

Individual Orders

Refunds only if DeskDyne or the vendor fails to deliver.
Requests must be raised on the same business day.

Subscription Plans

Cancellation via platform/admin dashboard.
Refunds for relocation or employer disengagement, as per agreement.

Bulk/Sponsored Orders

Non-cancellable unless stated in the agreement.
Exceptions only if requested 24 hours in advance and approved.

Refund Timelines & Method

Processed within 7–10 working days via original method or wallet.
Applicable deductions may apply.
Refunds may be withheld for abuse or fraud.

Termination & Suspension

DeskDyne may terminate access due to violations or inactivity.
Fraud or abuse can also result in suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”.
Climbing Seeds Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Climbing Seeds Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
